python websocket 기초 참고용.(그냥 소켓 아님.)

나중에 쓸것같아서 기본적인것만 적어둠.

웹소켓 가장 기본적인 통신 예제이며, 윈도우에서 작동을 확인했다. 이거 파이썬 예시를 한동안 못찾다가

스택오버플로우에서 기초적이고 좋은 예시를 발견해서 가져다가 씀.
